Freight Mobility Plan
The purpose of the FMATS Freight Mobility Plan (FMP) is to create a coordinated plan for freight transportation for the metropolitan area. This plan will be implemented to identify problem areas and key and emerging issues, as well as identify planning and policy recommendations with the insight of the freight community.

Annual Listing of Federally Obligated Projects
The MAP-21 Legislation requires publishing an annual listing of transportation facility investments for which Federal Funds have been obligated in the preceding year.

College Road Corridor Study
The FMATS Policy Committee approved the recommendations put forth in this study in March 2014. In July 2014, the FMATS Policy Committee rescinded that approval and approved the study, excluding the recommended three-lane cross-section, and recommended that the FMATS Technical Committee consider the scopes of affected projects. Further information addressing comments presented to the FMATS Policy Committee and impacts to projects are included in Technical Memorandum #6 in Appendix 1 of this report.
